Upon advice from health department
Lawrenceville City Hall locking its doors
LAWRENCEVILLE - Lawrenceville City Hall is on lock down until further notice, Mayor Don Wagner announced on Tuesday. He added that the measure comes at the advice of the Lawrence County Health Department.

Citizens who want to pay their water bills are asked to bring the bill to city hall. The bill should be put in an envelope, which should be placed in a proper drop box. If the money paid is greater than the bill, the city will credit the difference.

Anyone who is seeking to start city water service is asked to knock on the front door to city hall. Someone will arrive to help momentarily.

Likewise, if someone is seeking information in regard to building permits or cemetery plots, they are asked to knock on the front door and wait for an employee.

For more information, contact City Hall at 943-2116.
